Eoin Ryan

Managing Director

Eoin is the Managing Director and a co-founder of Pivotal Corporate. He has a proven track record assisting new business start-ups as they build out their businesses in Ireland. Eoin worked in PwC before going to work in several other leading top 10 accountancy firms across audit and advisory roles.

Eoin has over 20 years’ experience in financial services, including directorship experience, on all company matters across a variety of industries with a particular focus on asset finance, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, finance and business planning. He has advised business owners across a variety of sectors including international services, real estate and construction, healthcare, retail and aviation.

Eoin is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland, a member of the Irish Taxation Institute. Eoin holds a Diploma in Corporate Governance. He is also a director (and past president) of the Limerick Chamber of Commerce and involved in not-for-profit organisations.
