David Evans

Managing Director, North America

David is a founder of Pivotal Corporate and heads up our New York office. He has over 20 years’ experience working in asset finance, particularly in relation to US based private equity investments in the area of aviation finance. He has advised and assisted many clients across a wide range of industries and sectors over many years, including complex aviation finance transactions and cross border private equity investments.

Previously, David held the position of European Tax Director at an international manufacturing company headquartered in Ireland and was responsible for managing their European tax function. He has also worked in a professional advisory capacity with KPMG LLP (both in the US and in Ireland).

David is the Chairman of CMRF, Inc. (fundraising arm of Crumlin Hospital) in New York.  He is a founding member of the Emerging Leaders’ Board of CMRF, Inc.  He is also a board member of the IIBN and the Ireland-US Council.
