Paula Shanahan

Head of Structured Finance

Paula is part of the senior leadership team of Pivotal Corporate as Head of Structured Finance. She has over 15 years’ aviation finance experience with a particular focus on ABS and Warehouse transactions.

Paula spent the first 8 years of her career in engine leasing with roles at Shannon Engine Support. Prior to joining Pivotal, Paula held senior positions at two Corporate Service Providers who are well-known within the Aviation industry; where she managed large portfolios of asset backed transactions.

Paula holds a BA in Accounting & Finance and is a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants.
