Mark Bourke

Vice President

Mark is a Vice President with Pivotal Corporate, providing support and guidance to international companies and private equity firms who are building out their European platforms. Mark has served on several boards with a particular focus on international private equity investments across property and aviation sectors. 

Mark has over 8 years’ experience working in financial services, assisting both private equity and corporate clients, across multiple jurisdictions providing client focused solutions and maintaining excellent standards of delivery in relation to the management of a large portfolio of SPV clients. Mark also worked with an ASX listed investment and fund management company.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Business Studies (hons) degree from the University of Limerick. He is also a member of the Chartered Accountants of Ireland.
