Managing Director, Aviation

Gary heads up the San Francisco office of Pivotal Corporate as a Senior Advisor and Managing Director.  He has over 24 years’ experience in aviation-focused asset finance.  Gary is currently the Principal at Capitola Partners, an aviation finance consulting and advisory firm.  Previously, he served as EVP and Principal at Vx Capital Partners as part of the founding team and ultimately led capital markets, finance, investor relations and administration with key responsibility for debt and equity financings, highlighted by the VXF equity fund and CARGO ABS.

Gary holds a BA from UCLA and an MBA from UC Davis Graduate School of Management and serves on the Dean’s Advisory Council. Gary is also an Adjunct Lecturer at UC Davis Graduate School of Management and St Mary’s College in investments, finance and management.
