Joe has extensive experience working in aviation-related asset finance. Previously, Joe held the role of Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Wings Capital Partners and was the lead on accounting, tax, reporting, and financial analysis functions. He managed two asset backed securitizations (Wave 2017-1 $480M, Wave 2019 -1 $678M) and numerous bank facilities with several different financial institutions while at Wings Capital Partners.

Prior to joining Wings, Joe worked for Aviation Capital Group as the Assistant Vice President, Finance and Accounting. Joe has a BA in Business Economics and a Minor in Accounting from UCLA. He is a licensed CPA with the California Board of Accountancy.
