Advisor to the Board

Shawn joins the senior leadership team of Pivotal Corporate as a Senior Advisor to the Board.  He has over 25 years’ experience across the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom with a proven track record of accomplishment and leadership in areas such as operations, legal, compliance and fintech.

Shawn’s career to date includes both general counsel and CCO roles with Luminus Management LLC, DW Partners (Brevan Howard spinout), Calypso Capital, Cheyne Capital and Guggenheim Partners.  Currently, he is a founding partner, CEO and general counsel of Clear Sky Advisors as well as acting as a board advisor and board member to a number of companies across both asset management and compliance sectors.

Shawn holds a JD degree in Law from Brooklyn Law School as well as a Hons. Bachelor of Social and Political Science.
